I am Paulina, mum of Maximiliano (6yrs) and Violeta (5yrs).
My passion for the practice of YOGA began in 2008 as I embarked on a journey of self-awareness, self-healing, and self-regulation, after suffering a spinal injury that caused me an intense pain, I struggled to move my neck sideways and was prescribed strong pain relief medication and physiotherapy. I found YOGA and my injury improved immediately.
in 2009 I moved to Thailand for 6 months where I practised yoga and meditation every day and also completed an advanced course in Thai Yoga Massage. I founded the more I practised Yoga and meditation the more I experienced its benefits in all aspects of my life, it is here I became deeply fascinated by all around YOGA.
During my two pregnancies with the practice of Yoga, I created a deep connection and awareness of my body and with my babies, it also helped increase my activity level during the day, relax when I needed and breath easier.
In 2017 I decided to change the direction of my work from Sales and Marketing into the area of my real passion. Around Yoga, working with children and gymnastics, I have created a children's program called SuperHero-Me and my business TheYogaLeague was founded.
Since regular SuperHero-Me Yoga practice, I have observed children are more confident, have greater self-esteem, self-control, and self-expression and are so happy and committed, all of them have been excited to take the SuperHero-Me adventure, following yoga poses, routines, meditation and relaxation time.
In 2018, Samasta Yoga Studio is launched, offering classes for people of all ages, based on Iyengar method for adults and TheYogaLeague method for kids.
